Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of facilities, store branches, and equipment. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and coordinating with contractors to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, a vocational/technical training in electrical or mechanical fields, and the ability to read manuals

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Maintenance.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Knowledgeable in repairing and troubleshooting Mixer, Fructose Machine, Water Heater, Ice Blender and Induction.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Willing to travel to store branches and work on flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of store and office equipment.
• Ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are in good condition to support daily operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls from stores, warehouses, or offices.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers for major repairs or specialized technical work.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work and schedules.
• Adhere to safety policies and local regulations.
• Assist in store openings, renovations, and improvement projects.
