Job Description

• Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule of store ACU.
• Faciliate and monitor the installation of ACU for the upcoming store, in collaboration with our CPD team.
• Supervise accredited contractor mobilization work schedule.
• Supervise the billing process of store accredited contractor.
• Weekly update the ACU monitoring dashboard.
• Daily monitoring of store operation ACU PMS and CMS requisition.
• Update and monitor store fixed asset.
• Monitor/ supervise store fixed asset transfer.
• Supervise the warehouse custodian for the lighting inventory, and requisition of store operation.
• Supervise/ Monitor the preparation of technical requirements for store flash sale requirements.
• Monitor the travel budget liquidation status.

• Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering related courses.
• Knowledgeable in technical aspects.
• Strong management skills.
• Technical routine inspection.
• Willing to work on Sundays and holidays when needed.
