Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• On-site role in Cebu with full-time employment.

• Act as POC for Communications and ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Collaborate with Mall/Store Operations, Leasing, and Engineering for support and issues related to the Department.
• Manage Work Orders/Job Orders company-wide.
• Coordinate and track activities, including contractors and vendors.
• Establish dashboards for tracking and monitoring overall service quality company-wide.
• Assist in establishing a database for Facilities Physical Assets.
• Initiate tagging of Facilities Assets for monitoring and tracking, and establish EST/UL data."
• Assist in formulating Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PPMS) in every branch.
• Assist in establishing Real-Time Enterprise Asset Monitoring.
• Suggest improvements to improve team efficiency.
• Report directly to the EFM.

Job Description

• POC for Communications, ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Collaborates with Mall/Store Operations Team, Leasing, and Engineering for support and issues related to the Department.
• Manage Work Orders/Job Orders (Company-Wide).
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of all activities, including contractors and vendors.
• Establish dashboards for tracking and monitoring (Company-Wide) overall service quality.
• Assist the EFM in establishing a database for Facilities Physical Assets.
• Initiate tagging of Facilities Assets for monitoring and tracking, and establish ELE/EUL (Estimated Life Expectancy/Estimated Useful Life).
• Assist the EFM in formulating PPMS (Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule) in every branch.
• Assist the EFM in establishing Real-Time Enterprise Asset Monitoring.
• Suggest improvements and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Report directly to the EFM.
