Gaisano Brothers Merchandising, Inc. in Cebu is seeking an experienced Facilities/EFM professional to serve as POC for communications and coordinate across Operations, Leasing, and Engineering.

The role involves managing work orders, coordinating contractors, and establishing dashboards to monitor service quality company-wide. The ideal candidate will handle asset tagging, asset life data, and PPMS scheduling across branches, supporting real-time enterprise asset monitoring and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• On-site role in Cebu with full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Act as POC for Communications and ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Collaborate with Mall/Store Operations, Leasing, and Engineering for support and issues related to the Department.
• Manage Work Orders/Job Orders company-wide.
• Coordinate and track activities, including contractors and vendors.
• Establish dashboards for tracking and monitoring overall service quality company-wide.
• Assist in establishing a database for Facilities Physical Assets.
• Initiate tagging of Facilities Assets for monitoring and tracking, and establish EST/UL data."
• Assist in formulating Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PPMS) in every branch.
• Assist in establishing Real-Time Enterprise Asset Monitoring.
• Suggest improvements to improve team efficiency.
• Report directly to the EFM.
