Job summary

Reliance Producers Cooperative in Metro Manila seeks an Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and technical operations for facilities and machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and safety compliance.

You will lead maintenance teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot boilers, conveyors, HVAC, manage inventories, and coordinate with contractors to optimize reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional license (registered engineer).
• 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and safety (HSE) compliance skills.
• Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and team management to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily maintenance operations, repairs, and installations.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Managing, training, and scheduling the maintenance team.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety standards and government regulations.
• Managing spare parts inventory and optimizing maintenance costs.
