Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba, Philippines seeks a Facilities Quality Engineer to strengthen the site by improving onboarding, vendor recruitment coordination, and end-to-end collaboration with central Facilities quality teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring POR/SOP/LOP compliance, conducting gap assessments, and training facilities personnel. The role requires 5+ years in quality systems, audits, and semiconductor facilities experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC.
• Knowledgeable in Facilities Operations and maintenance especially in a semiconductor environment or related industries.
• Knowledgeable in DMS, audit planning and management.
• Knowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• With good analytical skill.
• At least 5 years working with Quality system covering management audit/ customer audit/KP process audit and training.
• Preparation of 8D/APF/RCA reports.
• Relevant experience as a Facilitiy Engineer/supervisor in a semiconductor company or related industry.

• Point of Contact (POC) for Calamba relative to coordination to central Facilities quality.
• Responsible for the site compliance to POR/SOP/LOPs.
• Conduct gap assessment between POR/SOP/LOP and making sure gaps identified are address accordingly in a timely manner.
• In charge of facilities personnel training needs and analysis.
• Conduct quality audits within Facilities operations, maintenance, projects and contractors' services.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements relative to facilities operations.
• Key responsible to Facilities culture/mindset alignment.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
