Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Office Administration or related field.
• BOSH certification for safety.
• 5+ years in office/facilities management or admin support.
• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, facilities, logistics, and admin activities to ensure smooth functions.
• Oversee safety compliance, audits, training, maintenance, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Manage vendors, contracts, purchasing, office supplies, fleet, transportation, and service providers.
• Coordinate travel, calendars, meetings, and executive support activities.
• Supervise and develop office staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Prepare reports, contracts, presentations, and management materials while ensuring regulatory compliance.
