Job summary

SKRENE PROPERTIES INC. is seeking a reliable All-Around Maintenance Staff to handle general maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repair work within the workplace/facility. The role requires hands-on work and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge in air-conditioning troubleshooting and maintenance, electrical and plumbing work, and is physically fit to handle demanding tasks. Previous maintenance experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in air-conditioning troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical works.
• Experience in basic plumbing works.
• Able to perform general repair tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work.
• Previous maintenance experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of air-conditioning units.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as leaks, clogged drains, faucets, and pipes.
• Assist in general repairs and maintenance of the workplace.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report major defects or repairs requiring specialized technicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
