Job summary

CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities in our metro Manila operations.

The role requires hands-on repair of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems, and timely response to breakdowns. The candidate should be able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Experience in building or hotel maintenance is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor the proper operation of building systems and equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs and replacements when necessary.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Report major defects, repair requirements, and maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned.
