Job summary

Redis Property Management Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Assistant to support building facilities. You will conduct regular inspections of building facilities and common areas, monitor equipment and systems, and assist with preventive maintenance schedules.

You will receive, document, and monitor maintenance requests, coordinate with technicians and service providers, and help prepare reports and records of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections of building facilities and common areas
• Monitoring the condition and operation of building equipment and systems
• Assisting with preventive maintenance activities and schedules
• Receiving, documenting, and monitoring technical maintenance requests
• Coordinating with technicians, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Following up on repair and maintenance works to ensure timely completion
• Assisting during technical inspections, testing, and commissioning
• Monitoring FDAS, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, generator and other building systems
• Preparing maintenance reports, inspection checklists, work orders, and service records
• Maintaining equipment and preventive maintenance records
