Job summary

Cebu Atlantic Hardware, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment and buildings in optimal condition.

You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance and a college-level or vocational background.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of facility maintenance experience.
• College level or vocational graduate in a related field.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Conducts quality checks on air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Executes tasks like drywall repair, roofing, plastering, and carpentry, plus electrical repairs.
• Completes safety checks on systems and equipment and ensures fire alarm, smoke detectors, and CO detectors work.
• Maintains premises and oversees grounds security, including fencing and gates.
• Conducts inventory on repair tools and machines, keeps supplies organized and labeled.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts routine malintenance on equipment and building systems. Performs quality checks on alr conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems. Performs tasks like drywall repair, roofing, plastering, and carpentry, electrical repairs.

• Completes safety checks on systems and equipment, ensures all safety systems are functioning properly, including fire alarm, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in the computer room.

• Checks and responds to security and safety issues. Tests and recommends new maintenance products. Keeps documents of inspections, problems encountered and solutions that worked.

• Maintains the inside and outside premises. Ensures grounds and security maintenance like fencing and gates are in good working condition.

• Performs inventory on the company's repair tools and machines, equipment, spare parts and the like. Keeps repair tools and supplies clean, organized and labelled on visual wall display. Follows all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment when needed.
