Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (hospitality-related education is an advantage).
• F&B experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas
• Process customer payments and issue receipts
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and replenishing supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
