Job summary

You will drive sales growth, monitor P&L, and lead cost-control initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years in area management or multi-unit supervision in F&B, with a strong emphasis on BOH processes and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Supervisor in high-volume F&B store operations.
• Solid operational emphasis on Back-of-House (BOH) processes and store-level financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage day-to-day F&B operations across 4 to 6 store branches.
• Enforce strict BOH standards, food safety compliance, labor scheduling efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor store-level P&L statements, implement cost control measures, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct regular store audits, operational reviews, and team coaching sessions.
