Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in the Philippines is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through leadership of the F&B team and seamless service.

You will oversee daily service, drive guest satisfaction, support department plans, and uphold standards, while fostering growth and cost-conscious operations. If you are passionate about hospitality and have hands-on supervisory skills, this is your chance

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service.
• Ann experienced in F&B supervisory roles is preferred.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Commitment to high guest service standards.
• Ability to create practical solutions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong personal integrity and a professional work ethic.
• Experience with IT systems across platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Supports the delivery on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
• Supervises the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Supports the delivery of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
