Job summary

Scrubbed in the Philippines is seeking an External Audit – Supervisor to design and test audit work programs for US clients under the supervision of a Manager. The role covers planning, execution, and presenting findings using cloud-based audit tools.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in external audit with 4+ busy seasons, a Big 4 background, and familiarity with US GAAP. CPA licensure is a plus and strong English writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Big 4 accounting firm background.
• US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans the audit, designs and executes the audit plan, consolidates findings.
• Reviews and supervises staff work for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures deliverables follow the client’s audit methodology.
• Maintains attention to detail and communicates impact on client experience.
• Participates in training and coaching of Associates/Staff with feedback.
• Leads team learning and suggests process improvements.
