Job summary

REYES TACANDONG & CO. is seeking an External Audit Experienced Associate to join the team for comprehensive training, local audit integration, and mentorship.

The role offers potential progression to the offshore Australia team, providing international exposure within RT&Co.’s professional framework. Candidates should have BS Accountancy and 1–2 years of external audit experience, preferably from an accounting firm, with readiness to start immediately and to base in Metro Manila (Makati).

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced External Audit Experienced Associates to join our team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training, local audit cycle integration and immersion, and structured mentorship with our industry’s trusted experts. Upon successful completion of training and local audit integration, you will have the opportunity to join our pioneer offshore team based in Australia, gaining valuable international experience while working within the professional framework of RT&Co.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct audit engagements including compilations, reviews, and specific audit procedures for Philippine clients and move to Australian clients upon successful completion of training.


• Ensure all financial assessments are accurate, compliant with industry standards, and delivered within the agreed timeline.


• Communicate directly with offshore engagement teams and clients to ensure a smooth flow of information.


• Use auditing methodologies and software (specifically CaseWare) to document findings and complete audit sections with minimal revisions.


• Maintain the high standards of integrity and excellence that RT&Co. is known for.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduates of BS Accountancy.


• With At least 1 to 2 years of experience in external audit preferably from an accounting firm.


• Candidates based in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati City.


• Candidates who can start immediately.


• You have advantage if you are a:
