Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati is seeking an Experienced External Audit Associate to conduct audits for Philippine and transitioning Australian clients. The role is on-site in Makati with a Monday–Friday schedule, starting immediately, and requires strong CaseWare knowledge and client communication.

You will work with local and offshore teams, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting while upholding high ethical and confidentiality standards. CPA or prior CaseWare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate.
• 1–2 years external audit experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Strong proficiency with CaseWare, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Self-autonomy and ethical conduct.
• Based in Metro Manila and willing to work on-site in Makati City 3 days a week.
• Immediate start available.
• CPA board passer and/or CaseWare/australian audits is a plus.

Experienced External Audit Associate

MAKATI | Monday - Friday | Dayshift | onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audit engagements, including compilations, reviews, and specific audit procedures, starting with Philippine clients and transitioning to Australian clients post-training.
• Ensure all financial assessments are accurate, compliant with industry standards, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Communicate directly with offshore engagement teams and clients to ensure a smooth, efficient flow of information.
• Use auditing methodologies and software (specifically CaseWare) to document findings and complete audit sections with minimal revisions.
• Maintain the high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in external audit, preferably from an accounting firm.
• High proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High efficiency in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks with great attention to detail.
• Self-autonomy, initiative, and a strong ethical foundation.
• Based in Metro Manila and willing to work on-site in Makati City 3 days a week (or as needed during the busy season).
• Ability to start immediately.
