Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a skilled order management professional to join our Pioneer Account in BGC, Taguig, supporting the Kraft Heinz Company ANZ Market. The role focuses on domestic and export orders, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in order management or related operations, with export order experience preferred. Onsite in Taguig and ANZ hours alignment are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
• Export Order Management experience is highly preferred.
• FMCG industry experience is an advantage; however, candidates from other industries with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.
• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to support the ANZ market and work within ANZ business hours.

Responsibilities
