Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, airline gateway, export operations, or courier operations.
Strong attention to detail with ability to identify and resolve shipment and documentation discrepancies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Audit export documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform sorting, scanning, labeling, and shipment processing per standards.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly operational reports (ODC, SEAS, DWS, Air Feed, CAB, DIS).
Ensure regulatory, security, customs, aviation, and company regulations are followed.
