Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an Expert - Access Engineering to lead end-to-end planning and deployment of radio access networks for Territory 7. You will support BAU access engineering activities and drive the ongoing network modernization, including Nokia/Huawei to Ericsson swap-outs.

You will report to the T7 RRE Team Lead within the Network Technical Group / Service Planning and Engineering, collaborating with internal clients and external vendors to ensure alignment with strategy and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in radio access network planning and deployment.
• Familiarity with baseline telecom standards and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end RAN expansions for Territory 7.
• Support BAU access engineering and swap-out programme (Nokia/Huawei to Ericsson).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

The Expert – Access Engineering role supports end-to-end radio access network planning, and deployment for Territory 7.

The role covers both BAU access engineering activities and the ongoing network modernization and swap-out programme (Nokia and Huawei to Ericsson).

This position executes technical planning and delivery tasks under the direction of the T7 RRE Team Lead, ensuring alignment with network strategy, standards, and priorities.
