Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, provide guidance on expenses, generate reporting and analytics for trends, assist with audits, and drive continual improvements in the expense operations process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• At least 1 year of Concur experience.
• Knowledge of SAP accounting and Travel Expense Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process expense reports in Concur or AppZen, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Verify expenses align with company policies and allocate to cost centers.
• Coordinate reimbursements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on expense policies.
• Generate reports and analyze expense data for trends and improvements.
• Assist with expense-related audits and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver trainings; support new SAP Concur projects.
