• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in technical program management and governance.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and prepare executive-ready materials.
• Strong governance, risk management, and delivery execution skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and surface dependencies.
