Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions
• Support talent mapping projects by gathering information on target companies, organizational structures, and key industry talent
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using online databases, social networks, and professional networking platforms
• Assist in sourcing passive candidates through market research and targeted outreach activities
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, and research reports for Executive Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Track talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and organizational changes within target industries
• Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data within recruiting systems and databases
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and identify relevant talent pools
• Support candidate outreach initiatives and schedule introductory conversations when needed
• Assist in the preparation of executive search presentations, talent insights, and market intelligence reports
• Ensure confidentiality when handling candidate and executive search information
• Contribute to special projects and research initiatives related to executive talent acquisition
