Control Risks is seeking a highly motivated professional for project management and executive protection services across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. This role involves leading personnel assignments, maintaining client relationships, and managing subcontractors. Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in delivery of protective services.
• At least 2 years' experience in field security.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience in security consulting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and service multiple Executive Protection and Embedded personnel assignments.
• Maintain and expand a vibrant network of partners/sub-contractors.
• Develop and maintain Client contacts.
• Work closely with consultants in the Americas and globally.
• Commercially manage subcontractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and potential clients.
• Write proposals and reports.
• Maintain and expand Control Risks' embedded security consultant database.
• Lead recruitment drives for embedded consultants.
