Private Advertiser seeks an Executive Driver / Personal Security Officer to provide trusted transportation and security support for company leadership. The role demands discipline, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility to safeguard the executive, maintain confidentiality, and ensure safe travel.

The successful candidate will have prior executive driving or security experience, a valid license, and the ability to plan routes with awareness of traffic and safety.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in executive driving or security-focused roles.
• Must have defensive driving training and basic security awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must pass background verification in accordance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for executives to meetings and engagements.
• Plan travel routes considering traffic, schedules and safety requirements.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition through inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure proper handling of vehicle documents, maintenance records, fuel monitoring, and related tasks.
• Maintain high situational awareness while transporting the executive.
• Identify and report potential safety, security or operational concerns.
• Apply defensive driving practices and established security protocols.
• Exercise sound judgment when responding to unexpected situations or changes in travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with company personnel on transportation schedules and security requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding movements, schedules, personal information, and company operations.
