Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of enterprise operations across Operations, Finance, HR, and Purchasing.
• Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures aligned with client expectations and governance.
• Ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and brand integrity across sites and departments.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, compliance, service quality, and leadership effectiveness.
• Act as the senior operational contact for corporate clients and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Lead resolution of escalated client issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee food safety compliance, HACCP, sanitation, and quality assurance across locations.
