Job summary

City of Dreams Manila, operated by Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead cleaning operations for Guest Rooms and Public Areas in a premium casino hotel.

The role requires 5–7 years in cleaning management, including casino/hotel experience, with strong English communication, leadership, and cost-control capabilities. A postgraduate facility management credential is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in cleaning industry at a management level, including 2 years in a five-star hotel or casino with 300–400 staff.
• Diploma or graduate diploma in a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Rooms and Floors Cleaning Programs in assigned areas.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Coordinate cleaning activities with F&B and Casino operations to reduce disruption.
• Plan and deliver cleaning staff training for career development.
• Develop and implement SOPs and emergency procedures for cleaning activities.
• Monitor QA programs to maintain five-star cleaning standards.
• Ensure adequate staffing for each shift and compliance with policies.
• Maintain security and grooming standards for cleaning staff.
• Manage waste recycling and environmental initiatives.
• Participate in health and safety activities to minimize hazards.
