Job summary

Go Asia Entertainment seeks an Executive Driver to transport company executives, guests, and clients safely and discreetly to meetings and events. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, plan routes, and assist with luggage while upholding confidentiality.

The role requires a valid professional driver’s license, clean record, and flexibility for weekends or holidays. Immediate availability is preferred, with potential assignment to Timeplus Corporation.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience as Executive/Personal/Company Driver.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with a clean record.
• Knowledge of road safety, traffic regulations, and navigation apps.
• Trustworthy, discreet and able to handle confidential matters.
• Able to drive Alphard, Toyota and BYD vehicles.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive activities.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs.

• Safely transport executives, guests, and clients to meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.

• Has driven children to school.

• Patient and knows the roads to get to schools and malls.

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.

• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays.

• Assist executives with luggage, documents, or other items when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and executive activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
