The Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) seeks an Executive Director IV to lead policy research, program development, and high-level stakeholder engagement for rural finance in Pasig City.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Economics or related field, at least five years of leadership experience, and a proven ability to guide a diverse team and coordinate with government bodies, councils, and the Senate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or related field; PhD preferred.
• At least five years of leadership/management experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in policy research, policy formulation and program development.

Responsibilities

• Executes programs and decisions of the ACPC Governing Council.
• Develops plans and operating standards for agricultural credit initiatives.
• Oversees policy research studies on rural finance (credit, guarantee, insurance).
• Reviews socio-economic soundness of proposed programs and policies.
• Prepares reports for stakeholders including legislative bodies.
