Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, is hiring a Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator for a permanent, hybrid role. The position lists a 10am–6pm PH time schedule, with two office days per week, and salary range Php 28,000 to 36,000.

The role supports the Quality & Compliance team, primarily within the Security group, performing due diligence, malpractice investigations, and monitoring speaking QA, while leveraging data to drive centre performance.

What will you do as an Senior Quality and ComplianceCoordinator?

As a member of the Quality & Compliance team, the role facilitates and supervises a variety of key processes for all our exam centres throughout their journey as a Cambridge customer.

This includes carrying out essential due diligence checks for new and existing centres, conducting malpractice investigations to uphold the quality of our exams, as well as monitoring Speaking quality assurance and utilising data to identify underperforming centres.
