Job summary

SM City La Union is seeking a Propsman to set up, maintain, and safekeep props, fixtures, and event materials for mall activities. You will support safe and efficient executions of programs, ensuring all setups meet company standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires basic carpentry, tool handling, and the ability to perform physical tasks, work with teams, and coordinate with departments to meet event needs.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Vocational or technical course is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment handling, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with workplace safety practices.
• Basic carpentry, repair, and installation skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy materials.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and dismantle props, decorations, booths, displays, and event materials.
• Assist in mall events, promotional activities, exhibits, and marketing campaigns.
• Transport, arrange, and store props and equipment properly.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance of props, fixtures, and display materials.
• Ensure that all setups are safe, secure, and compliant with mall safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Conduct inventory and monitoring of props, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading event materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding event and operational requirements.
