• Monitor event logistics from prep to completion and address issues promptly.
• Check equipment against loading lists and ensure proper handling and return after events.
• Provide regular status updates during events and escalate delays, shortages, or incidents.
• Collect receipts, track expenses, and ensure timely submission of logistics costs.
