Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred where applicable.
• Training or certification in industrial automation, EV technology, or maintenance engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation faults.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of new production equipment.
• Maintain high-voltage electrical systems and battery equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for repairs and upgrades.
• Prepare maintenance reports and KPI analyses.
