Job summary

Meralco Group in the Philippines seeks a Commercial Business Development Analyst to drive growth by building financial models, evaluating new products, and assessing the commercial viability of projects and partnerships.

You will support pricing, revenue forecasting, and business case development, and work with finance, operations, and technical teams to deliver dashboards on key metrics that guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business development, or commercial roles (fresh graduates with strong analytical background may be considered)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

• Develops financial models to assess new product and service offerings (ROI, IRR, payback).
• Evaluates commercial viability of projects, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Supports pricing computations based on cost structures, benchmarks, and objectives.
• Prepares business cases, investment proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Tracks performance against projections and provides insights for improvement.
• Translates analytical outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders
