Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced End User Computing Security Operations Engineer to manage and secure the global EUC platforms. You will focus on operational excellence, automation, and rapid response to threats across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Azure environments.

Responsibilities include patching cycles, vulnerability remediation, and producing security-focused reporting. Strong scripting skills and familiarity with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Power BI are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years’ experience with core technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Suite.
• 3+ years experience with patch management technologies and related processes.
• Experience with MS Defender for Endpoint (MDE) is desirable.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Log Analytics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Operational Engineering and support against the global End User Computing platforms with a focus on security solutions.
• Maintain endpoint security controls and policies, with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Identify operational improvements and deliver improvement programmes.
• Support patching cycles and address vulnerabilities on end user platforms.
• Produce quality reporting on workstation estate against security SLAs and KPIs.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
