The role requires deep Clinical Operations domain knowledge, strong English communication, and collaboration with global teams. Remote work in Europe is supported with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Clinical Operations space, typically in Product Management, Consulting or Professional Services roles and hands-on with tools like CTMS/eTMF.

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva Clinical Operations products.
• Champion key product enhancements and stay updated on features, strategy and roadmap.
• Provide best practices and process recommendations within the Clinical Operations product area.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
• Provide product education to customers in meetings and online communities.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize customer feedback to inform release planning.
• Collaborate with Product teams to deliver content and resources for product releases.
• Provide cross-functional product expertise to Services, Strategy, Sales and Product Support.
