ADEC Innovations is seeking a Development Lead to drive the design, development, and maintenance of ETL/ELT solutions and data pipelines in the Philippines. This role guides a team of ETL developers, collaborating with Data Operations, Analysts, and DBAs to ensure scalable and secure data processing aligned with business needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on development when needed, setting technical direction, and enforcing standards for data management and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Lead ETL/ELT solution design and development.
• Review data mappings, transformation rules, and technical designs.
• Hands-on development, troubleshooting, and optimization for complex ETL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ETL Development team: assignment, delivery monitoring, coaching, performance management.
• Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to development, security, data management, and compliance standards.
• Promote code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with Data Ops, Data Analysts, Software Delivery, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure ETL solutions are reviewed, tested, documented, deployed, and transitioned to users and operations teams.
