Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an Estimator/Tender Coordinator/CAD Drafter to identify, assess, coordinate, and price fencing tender opportunities. You will manage tender portals (EstimateOne and others), prepare take-offs and BOQs, and deliver detailed construction drawings to support bids.

The role includes CAD drafting of fencing layouts, ensuring projects are accurately scoped, priced, and ISO-compliant. On-site office in Alabang, Philippines with strict deadlines and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, draw, estimate, and order within construction-related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to complete accurate take-offs and cost estimates.
• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting.
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu for digital measurement and take-offs would be highly advantageous.
• Experience interpreting and working with BOQs.
• Experience using EstimateOne (or similar tender platforms).
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Mandatory: Experience in the fencing or building/construction industry.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing tender opportunities through EstimateOne and other portals, and coordinating compliant submissions.
• Preparing accurate take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
• Producing CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documentation to support tenders and projects.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical details.
• Maintaining tender records, CRM entries, and estimating databases.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and supporting continuous improvement in processes.
