Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an Estimator/CAD Drafter to join our on-site team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and CAD drawings for fencing and construction projects, support tender submissions, and ensure designs meet quality, safety, ISO standards, and environmental requirements.

You will interpret plans, produce BOQs, review specs, liaise with suppliers and clients for pricing, maintain cost data, and adapt drawings as project changes arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and CAD drafting within construction or fencing.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender platforms (e.g., EstimateOne).

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed material take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
• Producing accurate CAD drawings based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documents to identify risks and cost impacts.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within deadlines.
• Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical details.
• Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and cost databases.
• Revising drawings and estimates based on feedback and project changes.
• Ensuring all documentation complies with ISO standards (Quality, WHS, Environmental).

What you'll do:

As an Estimator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and producing detailed CAD drawings for fencing and construction-related projects. You will support tender submissions, interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure all designs and estimates are compliant with industry standards and company systems. This role plays a key part in securing new projects by ensuring all scopes, costs, and documentation are precise, complete, and aligned with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Successful Candidate must have:

• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting within construction or fencing industry
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Proven experience in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender platforms (e.g., EstimateOne)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
