Job summary

Team Liquid Philippines is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee multiple platforms from crafting engaging content until evaluating effectiveness of our engagement reach.

Reporting to Head of Brand, Marketing, and Content, you'll work closely with designers, content producers, and editors to generate original and engaging social media content. If you're passionate about building online connections, storytelling, and analytics, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media in esports, gaming, or youth culture.
• Strong understanding of Philippine digital audience behavior.
• Experience with content planning and calendar creation.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and publishing platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for the Philippine audience.
• Align content with Team Liquid Philippines' marketing and branding goals.
• Create, maintain, and oversee a robust content calendar across esports, talent, and merch.
• Collaborate with designers, content producers, and editors to produce original social content.
• Guide community engagement by interacting with followers and managing fan interactions.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep the brand relevant.
• Review performance and report on engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to contribute to campaigns via social media.
• Assist influencer and talent activations with social rollout strategies.
• Ensure output aligns with Team Liquid's global branding and standards.
