Team Liquid Philippines is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee content across platforms, shaping the online voice and engagement for a world-class esports brand. You’ll collaborate with designers, producers, and editors to deliver original content and drive audience growth in the Philippines.

You will plan and execute strategies, measure success with analytics, and ensure alignment with global branding while staying ahead of gaming trends and audience preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media, ideally in esports, gaming, entertainment, or youth culture.
• Strong understanding of Philippine digital audience behavior and content preferences.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and publishing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored for the Philippine audience.
• Align content with Team Liquid’s broader marketing and branding goals.
• Create, maintain, and oversee a robust content calendar that includes esports coverage, talent content, merchandise promotion, and community engagement.
• Work closely with designers, content producers, and editors to generate original and engaging social media content (e.g., short videos, memes, graphics, stories, reels).
• Guide and manage community engagement by interacting with followers, replying to comments/messages, and fostering an engaged online fan base.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
• Review social media performance and provide regular reporting on metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, talent, esports) to contribute to campaigns and initiatives via social media.
• Assist influencer and talent activations with planned social media rollout strategies.
• Ensure all social media output is aligned with Team Liquid’s global branding and communications standards.
