Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks an Environmental & Social Risk Management (ESRM) Officer to develop and coordinate ESRMS within the bank's risk framework. The role embeds sustainability and ESRM principles across enterprise risk management.

The incumbent will design processes, draft ESRM manuals, set KRIs and monitor risks, and prepare reports for executives and boards, contributing to a culture of ESRM awareness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with focus on risk management, sustainability, ESG or related fields.
• Experience in policy development, risk assessment, reporting, data analysis, or project management.
• Experience in ESRM, sustainable finance, ESG reporting, or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Designs, coordinates, and implements ESRM processes integrated with the Bank's risk framework.
• Drafts ESRM manuals, policies, standards, procedures, and related guidelines.
• Prepares ESRM risk reports and disclosures for Management and Board Committees, and investor relations.
