Job summary

ISS STOXX Sustainability Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and enhancements of Regulatory Solutions products, aligning with evolving EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, and ESG disclosure requirements. You will translate regulatory needs into practical product features and coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Background or degree in legal management, business administration, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product/project management or related research.
• Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, and familiarity with ESG disclosure frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product solutions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of ESG regulatory requirements for financial market participants.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of Regulatory Solutions products.
• Monitor sustainability regulations to ensure product alignment with evolving requirements.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Write product requirements and functional specifications.
• Support product integration into client deliverables and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches and enablement.
