Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a Product Manager for Regulatory Solutions focusing on EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, and ESG disclosure frameworks. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical product features, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and client teams.

The role reports to the Head of Regulatory Solutions and demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to deliver compliant solutions in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Background in legal management, business administration, sustainability, or related field.
• 3–5 years in product/project management or related research.
• Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, and ESG disclosure frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product solutions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Data literacy or experience with analytical outputs.
• Understanding of ESG regulatory requirements for financial market participants.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of Regulatory Solutions products.
• Monitor sustainability regulations to ensure product alignment with evolving requirements.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage product backlog and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Write product requirements and functional specifications.
• Support product integration into client deliverables and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches and enablement.
• Assist in product education for stakeholders.
