ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an ESG Expert to turn strategy into action and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, supporting net zero goals and stronger governance practices.

You will lead and monitor ESG data, develop executive dashboards, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to translate opportunities into measurable initiatives that deliver business outcomes. The role emphasizes engagement, reporting, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of environmental and sustainability priorities into business practices and operations by partnering with stakeholders and providing strategic ESG guidance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report ESG and other non-financial data to local and global stakeholders; develop executive dashboards and management reports that provide actionable insights and track progress against targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend ESG opportunities that enhance environmental and social impact and translate opportunities into measurable initiatives and business outcomes.
• Design, drive, and execute ESG communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness and strengthen participation in sustainability initiatives.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, and government agencies to advance ESG objectives and enhance impact.
• Provide strategic advice and partner with stakeholders to develop volunteerism and DEIB initiatives, driving employee engagement and an inclusive workplace culture.

Role Summary

As an ESG Expert, you will lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, supporting ING's goal of achieving net zero and strengthening environmental, social, and governance practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the integration of environmental and sustainability priorities into business practices, operations, and decision-making by partnering with stakeholders and providing strategic ESG guidance
• Monitor, analyze, and report ESG and other non-financial data to local and global stakeholders. Develop executive dashboards and management reports that provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and track progress against sustainability targets and key performance indicators.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend ESG opportunities that enhance environmental and social impact, strengthen stakeholder engagement, improve operational sustainability, and support ING Hubs Philippines' strategic sustainability objectives. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to translate opportunities into measurable initiatives and business outcomes.
• Design, drive, and execute ESG communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness, influence behaviors, and strengthen stakeholder participation in sustainability initiatives.
• Establish, manage, and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, government agencies, and external stakeholders to advance ESG objectives and enhance ING Hubs Philippines' sustainability impact.
• Provide strategic advice and partner with stakeholders to develop and enhance volunteerism and DEIB initiatives, driving employee engagement, social impact, and an inclusive workplace culture.
