Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an ERP FSCM BA/QA specialist familiar with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56+. You will prepare test cases, execute Functional Testing/SIT/UAT, and handle 9.2 image updates with new features.

Responsibilities include defect coordination with users, defect tracking, and prioritizing issues to meet SLA. Exposure to PeopleSoft Security, AP/AR/Billing/GL modules, and New PUM features is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (AP, AR, Billing, GL, Project Costing, Treasury, Asset mgt) and AWE.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Proficient in creating test cases and conducting functional testing.
• Experience in SIT/UAT and coordinating defects with users.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test cases for FSCM ERP scenarios.
• Perform Functional Testing / SIT / UAT for PeopleSoft processes.
• Work with 9.2 Image updates and New Feature Knowledge.
• Coordinate with users for defect clarification and prioritization.
• Maintain defect tracking and SLA alignment.
• Analyze issues and prioritize support calls to resolve efficiently.
