Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a D365 Support Analyst to deliver day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be the primary contact for ERP incidents and requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT and vendors to implement solutions.

The role requires deep ERP process knowledge across finance, procurement, and operations, with strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement in Mall of Asia, Pasay, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, and HR.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to deliver ERP solutions and maintain documentation.

Your Role

As a D365 Support Analyst, you will:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the ERP platform remains reliable and efficient for business users.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries while delivering timely resolutions.
• Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, escalating complex concerns in accordance with established support processes.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective ERP solutions and maintain system documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, including finance, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, and human resources.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience working within structured ICT support or IT service delivery environments.
• Experience administering user access, security roles, and software licensing.
• Experience supporting ERP testing, upgrades, releases, and go-live activities.
• Strong documentation, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
