Job summary

Yonyou (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to deliver end-to-end ERP and cloud solution deployments.

You will study requirements, blueprint processes, configure systems, conduct testing, train users, and prepare documentation for clients across Southeast Asia. The role requires 5–8 years with familiarity in finance and supply chain processes, plus fluent English and Chinese for stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of implementation experience in cloud-based enterprise applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Odoo, Sage, or Globe 3.
• Understanding of Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction business processes and best practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to manage communication with Chinese-speaking clients and regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including requirements study, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
• Support Financial Management modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Asset Management.
• Assist Supply Management modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Inventory.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery per project plans.
• Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and product presentations.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; perform testing for stability and efficiency.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.
• Collaborate with regional teams and clients to align processes and technical requirements.
• Receive structured training on Yonyou products and cloud ERP innovations.
• Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions, including business requirement study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.
• Support Financial Management modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.
• Support Supply Management modules including Procurement, Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management.
• As an implementation consultant, monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.
• Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.
• Collaborate with regional project teams and engage directly with clients and headquarters to ensure alignment of processes and technical requirements.
• Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry best practices, project methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.
• Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.
