Job summary

Yonyou ERP implementation consultant wanted in the Philippines to manage end-to-end deployment of the Finance module, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and documentation.

Responsible for supporting GL, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, and reports, while coordinating with regional teams and the China HQ to align processes and technical requirements. Willingness to train and travel as needed.

Job description

Deliver end-to-end implementation services for Yonyou ERP Finance Module, including business requirements study, business blueprinting, system configuration, functional testing, user training, and documentation.

Support Financial Management modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Enterprise reports.

Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery according to project plans.

Provide technical and functional pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and product presentations.

Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; propose corrective actions and perform testing to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.

Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and end-users.

Collaborate with regional project teams and engage directly with clients and China headquarters to ensure alignment of processes and technical requirements.

Receive structured training on Yonyou products, industry best practices, project methodologies, and cloud ERP innovations.

Support overseas project delivery across Southeast Asia when required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related fields.

5-8 years of implementation experience in cloud-based enterprise applications such as SAP FICO, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Infor Financial Management, Odoo, Sage.

Strong domain knowledge in finance and accounting.

Bilingual proficiency in English to manage communication with clients and regional stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and coordination skills.

Responsible, resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience delivering user training or workshops is preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (one-hour lunch break)
