Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Finance Controller Lead for ERP deployment on a project basis in Mangahan, Philippines.

You will provide expert guidance on local statutory requirements, ensure alignment with global design, and coordinate cross-functional finance SMEs to capture compliance needs across revenue, tax, and inventory. The role involves supporting UAT, Hypercare, and light localisation activities, bridging global design with market specifics, and delivering smooth system integration

Qualifications

• Ensure alignment to local statutory and regulatory finance requirements.
• Coordinate local SMEs to align local compliance with global design.
• Support UAT testing and hypercare for local finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on local statutory and regulatory finance requirements impacting key processes (revenue recognition, tax, AR).
• Align local design with global template and identify required exceptions or localisations.
• Coordinate with local SMEs to capture and validate compliance needs and local applications.
• Participate in UAT testing for local statutory and controllership processes and support issue resolution during Hypercare.
• Consolidate inputs for GTM Finance to reflect compliance requirements in design.
