Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote contractor project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

The role emphasizes reviewing datasets, benchmarking peers, and developing investment theses across sectors such as banking, biotech, technology, or other industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
